Acidity Regulators

Its preparation is a result of combination of organic acids with herbal extracts. The combination of these organic acids produces a synergistic antimicrobial effect in presenting one effectiveness over a broad spectrum of pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms.
Acidity regulators are found in liquid form, and in Stermax Stercream products, used in embedded (fresh sausages, meatballs, kibes, burgers, sausages, bologna, pressed ham etc.); and Stermil for disinfection bath casings and housings; and in powder form Sterplus the product also used in sausages.
