HISTORY

Focusing on the industrialization and commercialization of products for the Meat Industry, Bremil started its activities in 1987, in the city of Passo Fundo/RS. In the early 1990s, with the facilities moved to Lajeado/RS, the company developed its new line of additives and flavorings, and in 1996 started to produce textured soy proteins. Along with the quality of products, Bremil’s innovation capacity shows why this 100% Brazilian capital company comes every day gaining more space in the market and the recognition of its customers.

Directed by Mr. Homero Machado Miguel and Mrs. Alaidete Brenner Miguel, the company opened a new industrial complex in the city of Arroio do Meio/RS in 1998, focusing primarily on supplying ingredients for the food industry, particularly the meat industry. To achieve these goals, Bremil invests in research and development of technologies. Bremil today has over 300 employees and it is considered the Brazilian company with the most complete portfolio of products, acting in the segments of spices, additives, proteins, liquid smokes, acidity regulators, protein mixes, colorants, breadings and blends. It is present in over 45 countries on the five continents, where its distributors provide all technical and commercial structure to best attend our customers’ needs.
